Clambering for the walls I tried to stay with my house. In my beloved world where everything is nice. My furniture was being sucked into a whirlpool. Suddenly everything went shadowy. Looking around me I saw...Umm I think it was a Goblin and very small houses, but then I saw EVIL lurking. the sky turned grey, as grey as a rat. Trees being chopped down. The goblin creatures ran for their houses. I was terrified: heart beating quickly; eyes wide; quaking knees. I needed somewhere to hide. I rushed over to a bush, but that was already taken. Pertrified, terrified
CRASH!!! Falling out of the picture on my wall were hundreds of sweets!I took a sweet and ate it.Mmmmm! It was my favourite red, smooth cherry, with velvety chocolate. It was mouthwatering. I was feeling joyful: licking my lips; grinning showing my sparkly, white teeth; eyes wide. Suddenly I got pulled into the picture. The air tasted sweet, it was nice. At first I thought I liked to stay, but then I realised I was alone. How would I get back...
Ruby Have you ever been inside a picture? I have let me tell you about it.
It all started when I was tiding up my room, I looked at the picture. For a second it was still. Then it exploded! Water was everywhere. I was suprised: my mouth was open; my eyes were wide; my eyebrows where raised. The water was getting and higher. Suddenly I found myself in the middle of the picture it was exactly the same. I was so excited I didn’t notice the danger all around me! The water was out of my depth and I was sinking... A fantastic day was had by all today. Some amazing costumes from teachers and children, well done! After reading Charlie and the Chocolate Factory we made some chocolate scented playdough and then made fake chocolates. Brilliant fun! |
